Plan, develop, and execute annual A&P strategies and budgets
Organize promotional events, festive campaigns, and mall-wide sales initiatives
Coordinate with tenants for joint marketing efforts
Oversee social media, digital marketing, and advertising content
Build and maintain media relationships and partnerships

about the manager/team

Degree in Marketing, Mass Communication, Business, or related field
Minimum 5 years of experience in A&P or marketing, preferably in retail or shopping mall industry
Strong understanding of digital marketing and event management
Excellent communication, negotiation, and organizational skills
