They are currently looking for a HR & Admin Manager to join the team. Your responsibilities include but not limited to the following areas:-

Develops and implements HR policies and practices, ensuring compliance with labor laws and company regulations.
Manages the full recruitment lifecycle, oversees onboarding and offboarding, and handles performance management.
Addresses employee grievances, provides coaching and counseling, and supports employee relations activities.
Oversees training programs, including leadership and professional development.
Manages payroll, office administration, travel arrangements, and responds to statutory inquiries.

skills & experience required

To be the ideal candidate for this role, you will come with at least 8 years of relevant experience. You

have good communication, collaboration skills, ability to work independently as well as in a team, and a sense of urgency and ability to prioritise. Is that you?
