About the Job:

Support the overall planning, execution, and completion of property development projects, ensuring they meet quality, cost, and timeline goals. Key responsibilities include:

Assisting in the planning and oversight of construction and development activities.
Contributing to feasibility studies and project strategies.
Monitoring project progress and supporting budget management.
Liaising with stakeholders (contractors, consultants, authorities, etc.) under the guidance of the Project Manager.
Assisting in the oversight of mock-ups and fit-out works for sales launches.
Supporting the implementation of quality control processes and inspections.
Contributing to the preparation of project status reports.
Maintaining project documentation.

Skills & Experience:

Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (Civil Engineering, Quantity Surveying, etc.).
Minimum 5 years of project management experience in property development.
Solid understanding of feasibility studies and project management principles.
Fluent in English, Bahasa Malaysia, and Mandarin (written and spoken). We are seeking candidates proficient in Mandarin to effectively communicate with Mandarin-speaking clients.
Good communication, interpersonal, and coordination skills.
Proficient in construction procedures and relevant software (MS Office, MS Project, AutoCAD).
Resourceful, detail-oriented, and able to work effectively within a team.
Experience in liaising with authorities, consultants, and contractors is an advantage.
