The role:

Develop and implement strategic marketing plans aligned with company and principal objectives, encompassing sales, advertising, and promotional activities for designated products and partners.
Identify optimal distribution channels and create penetration strategies to maximize product reach and market support.
Continuously monitor the market, gather intelligence on competitors, and conduct regular market visits to understand trends and opportunities.
Track and analyze brand performance and health using in-market sales data, recommending and implementing corrective actions, while maintaining strong relationships with principals and customers to enhance the company's image.

The experience:

Bachelor degree in any Science disciplines.
3-5 years of experience within the pharmaceutical industry.
Demonstrates strong marketing expertise and effective presentation abilities.
Possesses strong interpersonal, analytical, and communication skills.
