Understand client requirements to meet project goals and ensure high-quality installations from order placement to payment.
Attend progress meetings and update clients on project status.
Coordinate with teams to secure necessary resources for project success.
Maintain effective communication with clients and internal departments.
Support the PMO Director in implementing project schedules to ensure smooth project flow.
Assist in achieving set profit margins for projects.
Supervise and coordinate M&E services at project sites.
Motivate and develop project team members for continuous improvement and optimal performance.

about the manager/team

Degree in an engineering-related field.
7-10 years of experience in M&E works or projects, with significant involvement in project management for turnkey data center projects.
Strong project management knowledge and effective communication skills.
Proactive leadership and coordination of M&E services at project sites.
