Our client is a contractor with a good track record in delivering infrastructure projects, both locally and overseas. With a growing portfolio and ongoing developments, they are now looking to expand their team with a Contract Executive based at their Klang Valley HQ.

about the Role

As a Contract Executive, you will play a key role in supporting the Contracts team across pre- and post-contract phases. Your responsibilities will include:

- Assisting in project cost checking and control
- Processing consultants’ and contractors’ claims
- Preparing final accounts and budget reports
- Attending project and site meetings when required
- Sourcing and appointing contractors and consultants
- Conducting cost analysis and maintaining cost plans
- Drafting Letters of Award and Appointment
- Evaluating contractor and consultant performance
- Monitoring and updating construction material and contract rates

About the Team
You will report to the Contract Manager and work together with a team of Senior Contract Executives.

Skills & Experience Required:

Diploma/Degree in Quantity Surveying or equivalent
2 - 7 years of relevant experience, preferably with infra projects experience
