Strategic Direction: Develop and implement engineering strategies that align with overall company objectives.

Team Leadership & Development: Lead and mentor engineering teams, cultivating a culture of innovation, collaboration, and continuous improvement.
Financial Management: Effectively manage and allocate the engineering department's budget.
Innovation & Best Practices: Identify and adopt new technologies and industry best practices, fostering innovation within the department.
Compliance & Standards: Ensure all projects adhere to industry standards and regulatory requirements.
Cross-functional Collaboration: Work effectively with cross-functional teams, internal stakeholders, and external vendors to achieve project goals.

requirements

Education: Bachelor's degree in Engineering, with a strong foundational understanding of engineering principles.
Experience: At least 10 years of relevant professional experience.
Leadership Acumen: Proven ability to lead, inspire, and develop high-performing engineering teams.
Technical Proficiency: In-depth knowledge of engineering principles and practices pertinent to the industry.
Strategic Vision: Capability to design and execute long-term engineering strategies.
Project Management Skills: Proficient in various project management methodologies and tools.
Communication & Interpersonal Skills: Strong communication, presentation, and interpersonal abilities to engage effectively with diverse teams and stakeholders.
