about the job

• Leading & managing a team of Technical Sales Engineer.
• Utilize deep product and industry knowledge to advise and consult clients on the company's services and capabilities.
• Analyse market trends, competitor activities and client needs to develop effective sales strategies.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with suppliers and customers.

about the requirements

• Minimum Bachelor's Degree in Engineering (Chemical, Mechanical, Manufacturing, Mechatronic).
• Experience and knowledge of equipment and machinery in the Food & Beverage processing industry is an advantage. (Tetra Pak, Combibloc, Serac).
• Strong technical knowledge of F&B processes (UHT, filling, spray-dry, pasteurization, deaerator, in-line dosing, etc).
• Prior pre-sales experience with equipment suppliers and manufacturers is welcome.
• Malaysian candidates ONLY.
• Willing to be based in Johor and manage clients around Malaysia & Singapore.
• Hiring an Area Sales Manager (7-15 years) & Technical Sales Engineers (1-6 years).
