Assistant Finance Manager (Property)
A property developer in PJ is looking for a career minded assistant finance manager to be part of their team. You will be reporting directly to the senior finance manager.
Main responsibilities of the Assistant Finance Manager
•Prepare financial statements and ensure proper maintenance of cash controls, accounts payable, accounts receivable, and general ledger including monthly account closing.

•Deliver timely and accurate monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports.
•Perform detailed analysis of consolidated financial results, highlighting key trends and variances.
• Prepare quarterly rolling forecasts and annual budgets, while tracking financial performance and variances.
• Provide actionable insights and recommendations to management based on financial performance.
Key requirements
• Bachelor's degree in Accounting/ Finance or equivalent
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to translate data into actionable strategies.
• Experience in financial reporting.
•Familiarity with consolidation tools or ERP systems is an advantage.
• Able to work independently and have a good eye for details
• Experience with property/ construction companies will be an added advantage Benefits
