This role will be reporting to the General Manager.
Job Description:
- You will be responsible for leading the Sales/Marketing and also the logistics team to achieve sales topline budget for domestic, OEM and export markets
- Achieve brand sales and market share goals
- Achieve channel development goals as well as penetrate new domestic accounts and exports markets.
- Prepare annual business plan, and budget
- Lead manpower training and development initiatives to build core competencies and upgrade skill sets within the team
Job Requirements:
- Minimum Degree holder from a reputable University
- Minimum 5 years' experience in Senior Management level preferably in the field of sales, marketing
- Experience in logistics operations is an added advantage but not a must have
- Knowledge of FMCG business preferably in Food and Beverage
- At least 10 years in General Trade, Modern Trade and Channel Marketing
- Able to be based in Johor
