about the job
- Conduct market research to support both residential sales and office leasing strategies.
- Develop and implement sales strategies for the upcoming residential project.
- Develop and execute leasing strategies to increase occupancy for the Grade A office tower.
- Achieve set targets for both residential unit sales and office leasing.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with agents, buyers, tenants, and business partners.
- Lead negotiations and ensure accurate execution of lease agreements for the office tower.
- Collaborate with legal counsel to prepare tenancy agreements, house rules, and fit-out guidelines.
- Prepare and monitor regular reports on sales and leasing performance.
- Assist in budgeting, forecasting, and expense control
- Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Estate Management, Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
- 6–8 years of experience in property leasing and/or sales, with a strong track record of performance.
- Proactive, driven, and ambitious personality.
- Excellent communication skills and strong leadership qualities.
