- Oversee the upkeep and presentation of the Sales Gallery, Show Units, and related assets to ensure a high-quality customer experience.

- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Management, or a related field.
- Minimum of 5 years of relevant experience in property sales or a similar industry.
- In-depth understanding of property sales processes, market trends, and regulatory requirements.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to develop and implement effective sales strategies.
- Proven leadership capabilities with experience in guiding, coaching, and motivating sales teams to meet performance targets.
- Willing to work on weekends and public holidays as needed.
