• Engage and close direct buyers, and maintain follow-ups with appointed agents.
• Assist in organizing and running property previews and on-site events
• Coordinate with designers and agencies to develop marketing materials such as flyers, advertisements, and video reels.
• Plan and execute effective Marketing Action Plans in line with annual or quarterly budgets.
• Develop product and pricing strategies to enhance market competitiveness.
• Conduct market research, trend analyses, and product studies to strengthen product positioning.
• Oversee and manage the customer database through web registrations and other channels; liaise with advertising agencies on social media activities and marketing collateral.
• Participate in feasibility studies for upcoming projects.
• Conduct market analyses and provide recommendations on optimal product mix and pricing for new developments.
• Prepare proposals and deliver presentations to potential partners, government bodies, or related agencies.
