about the job
Reporting to the Head of Trade Marketing.
Key responsibilities:
- Collaborate with the marketing team and advertising agencies to create materials and execute campaigns
- Assist sales, product team, and any other stakeholders to integrate strategies into practices
- Constantly monitor competitive pricing, trade activities, consumer behavior and use it to build solutions to achieve sales and market share.
- Manage merchandising plans for best product placements, presentations and ensure it’s inline with marketing strategy
- Develop strong relationships with distributors, retailers and other channel partners, collaborating with them for specific marketing strategies in-store
- Budget development and management
- Use of data analytics tools for strategies to maximize ROI
- Report activities and performances to management
skills and experience required
- Tertiary education
- 2 to 5 years in trade marketing or general/modern trade sales operations
- Good communication, presentation, analytical, and result driven mind
- Sales strategy, merchandising and promotion planning, in-store activation, negotiations and analytics.
