Lead International Engagements: Plan, execute, and finalize audit engagements for clients with operations in the United States, mainland China, and Hong Kong.
Quality Assurance: Ensure all audit work complies with relevant accounting and auditing standards, including International Financial Reporting Standards (IFRS), PCAOB standards, and other local regulations.
Client Management: Serve as the primary point of contact for key clients, building and maintaining strong relationships based on trust and exceptional service.
Team Leadership: Supervise, train, and mentor a team of audit professionals, overseeing their development and performance.
Risk Assessment: Identify and assess financial risks, designing effective audit procedures to address them.
What We're Looking For:
A professional with a recognized accounting qualification (e.g., CPA, ACCA, CA) and a minimum of 5 years of experience in audit, with at least 2 years in a managerial role.
Knowledge of MFRS / IFRS and auditing standards relevant to mainland China and Hong Kong.
Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
A strategic thinker with a keen eye for detail and strong problem-solving abilities.
Ability to manage multiple engagements and deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
