about the job
- Proactively generate leads and pursue sales opportunities to meet or exceed monthly revenue targets and KPIs.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with event planners, corporate clients, wedding coordinators, and other key stakeholders.
- Conduct site tours and effectively communicate the unique features and selling points of the banquet and dining offerings.
- Customize and present proposals, quotations, contracts, and pricing packages tailored to client needs and company standards.
- Collaborate with the operations, culinary, and event planning teams to ensure flawless event execution and exceed client expectations.
- Oversee the full sales cycle, from the first inquiry to post-event follow-up, ensuring a seamless experience and high levels of client satisfaction.
- Maintain accurate records of bookings, contracts, sales activities, and client interactions.
- Attend industry events, trade shows, and networking functions to promote the brand and expand the client base.
- Monitor market trends and competitor activities to refine sales strategies and stay competitive.
skills and experience required
- Diploma or Degree in Hospitality Management, Business, Marketing or a related field
- 3-5 years of experience in banquet, catering, or hospitality sales.
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
- Strong interpersonal, communication, and negotiation skills.
- Highly organized, self-motivated, and customer-focused.
- Willingness to work evenings, weekends, or holidays based on event requirements.
