Define and drive the strategic roadmap to elevate the company’s corporate brand, market presence, and industry visibility.
Strengthen brand positioning through multi-channel communications, highlighting the company’s unique selling propositions and value-driven narrative.
Develop innovative yet practical frameworks and guidelines to standardize branding and communications efforts across the organization.
Plan, coordinate, and execute high-impact, hospitality-driven events that reflect the company’s brand values and foster stakeholder engagement

skills and requirements

Minimum 8 years of relevant experience in branding, communications, or corporate affairs, with at least 5 years in a managerial or leadership role.
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Mass Communications, Public Relations, or a related field. A Master’s degree is an advantage.
Prior experience in the property development or real estate industry is highly preferred.
Proven ability to lead strategic brand positioning, corporate communications, and stakeholder engagement initiatives across internal and external audiences.
Strong experience in dealing with media, public relations, external agencies, and community engagement programs.
