Manage leasing operations, including lease negotiations, tenant relationship management, and enhancement of the commercial portfolio.
Develop and monitor leasing budgets and key performance indicators (KPIs) for reporting to management.

Conduct internal market studies and collaborate with external research agencies to stay informed on market trends and developments.
Assist in conducting feasibility assessments for land development, joint ventures, and other potential investment opportunities.
Support the evaluation and formulation of commercial terms and agreements for property-related investments.
Participate in due diligence processes covering legal, financial, and technical aspects of prospective land acquisitions and development projects.
Liaise with consultants, vendors, and clients to ensure timely and efficient project implementation.

Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration or Real Estate Degree or Master's degree in Business Administration.
5 years in a similar role.
Possess good market knowledge of the retail industry.
Good team player, strong communication and interpersonal skills, able to work with stakeholders across various business units, countries and cultures
