Your Day-to-Day
- Lead Generation: You’ll be the engine of our growth, identifying new business opportunities and opening doors with potential clients.
- Relationship Building: You’ll spend your time meeting new people, attending site visits, and nurturing relationships with architects and corporate clients.
- Consultative Sales: Understand a client’s vibe and requirements, then suggest the perfect furniture or kitchen solution to match.
- Project Coordination: Liaise with internal teams to ensure that what you sold is delivered to perfection.
- Proposals & Tenders: Prepare quotations and assist in winning exciting project bids.
Who We’re Looking For
- Experience: 1–3 years of sales experience. If you’ve worked in furniture or interiors, that’s a plus, but we value grit and personality above all else.
- Design Appreciation: You don’t need a degree in Interior Design, but you should have a "good eye" and a passion for high-quality products.
- Effective Communicator: You can present ideas with confidence and handle negotiations with tact.
- On-the-Go: You have a valid driver’s license and enjoy being out of the office for meetings and site inspections.
