Are you a highly motivated and results-driven individual with a passion for the financial markets? An established, multi-regulated financial services company is looking for a Business Development Executive to join their growing team in Malaysia.
In this role, you'll be instrumental in expanding our presence in your assigned region. You'll be responsible for building strong relationships with new and existing clients and partners, driving business growth, and promoting our trading solutions.
What you'll do:
Develop and execute strategies to acquire new clients and partners, actively hunting for trading professionals across various platforms.
Identify and leverage the most effective local marketing channels to promote our company and products.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including customer support and marketing, to ensure a seamless onboarding experience and provide exceptional service.
Negotiate partnership terms, maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, and work to retain and reactivate clients.
Conduct regular market and competitor analysis to provide valuable feedback to management.
Travel to conferences and business meetings as needed to represent the company.
Who you are:
Experienced in the FX, CFD, or online trading industry (a strong preference).
Fluent in both English and Mandarin (essential), with experience or connections in the region being a plus.
Educated with a Bachelor's degree (or higher) in Business, Accounting, Management, Economics, Marketing, or a related field.
Client-focused with excellent negotiation, communication, and written skills.
Dynamic, competitive, and self-motivated, with a strong desire to succeed.
A team player with a "can-do" attitude who can also work well independently.
