The Business Development Manager is a specialized, market-expanding role dedicated to identifying and securing high-value technical opportunities. Acting as the critical bridge between complex chemical manufacturing and tech-sector client needs, you will execute targeted territory strategies to embed our advanced polymer solutions deep into global high-tech supply chains.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify, engage, and secure new business partnerships with regional semiconductor, automotive, and electronics manufacturers.
- Execute robust territory growth plans to aggressively capture market share in high-tech manufacturing segments.
- Cultivate deep, technical relationships with engineering and procurement decision-makers at target client companies.
- Deliver technical consultations, mapping specialized polymer capabilities to clients' physical hardware application constraints.
- Position an advanced product portfolio including thermal interface materials, electronic adhesives, encapsulants, and EMI shielding.
- Coordinate seamlessly with internal chemical engineering teams to validate custom formulations against client design requirements.
- Monitor electronics and semiconductor market cycles to preemptively address shifting technology demands.
Skills & Experience Required
- At least 2–3 years of B2B technical sales or business development experience in related fields.
- Proven background navigating the commercial dynamics of the semiconductor, electronics, or chemical sectors.
- Solid baseline knowledge of advanced materials, electronic polymers, or assembly processes.
- Strong consultative sales capability, with a comfort level discussing technical specifications and application data.
