Develop and execute the operational strategy for all property development projects.
Oversee all project management functions, including planning, execution, and resource allocation.
Manage project budgets, financial forecasting, and cost controls to ensure profitability.
Drive innovation and process improvements to enhance operational efficiency.
Lead and mentor a team of project managers and operational staff.
Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including investors, partners, and government agencies.
Ensure all projects comply with regulatory standards, quality benchmarks,

skills and experience required

Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or a related field
Minimum of 15+ years of experience in project management or property development, with at least 5 years in a senior leadership role.
Extensive experience with the full project life cycle, from feasibility studies to project closeout.
Strong financial acumen and experience with large-scale budget management.
Exceptional leadership, communication, and negotiation skills.
