About the Role
The Client Representative will be the main point of contact for all client inquiries and post-service calls, handling questions and concerns via phone, email, or other communication channels. Key responsibilities include:
Handling all client inquiries and post-service calls, serving as the main point of contact for questions and concerns.
Working with business-to-consumer (B2C) clients, addressing their needs and providing solutions.
Coordinating and processing orders, including timely delivery and returns.
Actively resolving client complaints and issues by providing appropriate solutions and alternatives.
Maintaining accurate records of all client interactions, transactions, and feedback in a CRM system or database.
Collaborating with internal teams to resolve complex issues and ensure a seamless client experience.
