As a Contract Manager, you will play a crucial role in overseeing the full contract lifecycle – from negotiation to execution and claims management – ensuring project milestones and financial controls are met.
- Manage end-to-end pre- and post-contract administration for power plant EPC contracts.
- Lead contract negotiations, variation orders, claims, and dispute resolution.
- Liaise closely with project managers, site teams, consultants, and clients.
- Ensure compliance with contractual obligations and company policies.
- Monitor project risks and support commercial strategies.
skills & experience required
- Minimum 10 years of experience in contract management, preferably in power plant or EPCC projects.
- Degree in Quantity Surveying, Construction, Engineering, or related discipline.
- Strong knowledge of FIDIC / EPC / turnkey contracts.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Willingness to be based full-time at an overseas site.
