The Customer Service Executive ensures timely fulfillment of customer requirements by coordinating with internal teams and logistics partners. Responsibilities include booking deliveries, generating shipping/export documents and invoices, and managing debt collection. The role also involves handling customer complaints, conducting root cause analysis, and implementing corrective actions. Additionally, the Executive supports the Marketing Manager with customer insights, sales reporting, and new/promo launch coordination, while maintaining accurate data in the ERP system.
About the Team
The successful candidate will be part of the Sales & Marketing Department and will be reporting to the Manager - Sales & Marketing.
Skills & Experience Required
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills to liaise effectively with internal departments and customers.
- Proven ability to manage logistics and coordinate transportation arrangements.
- Meticulous attention to detail for accurate document generation and record keeping.
- Experience in handling customer complaints, conducting root cause analysis, and implementing corrective actions.
- Proficiency in preparing various reports and presentations.
- Adherence to company policies, procedures, and regulations, with an emphasis on product safety and quality.
- A proactive approach to analyzing processes and implementing continuous improvements.
