PRIMARY DUTIES
- Sales Process Collaboration: Facilitate the effective completion of the sales process by collaborating with the Sales team.
- Solution Adherence: Ensure solutions outlined in the Scope of Work follow best practices and meet client needs.
- Proof of Concept: Create and organize engaging proof of concept demonstrations through solution development, planning, and execution.
- Proposal Oversight: Oversee the sales proposal process by addressing RFQs, RFIs, and RFPs.
- Stakeholder Communication: Communicate with internal and external product owners/stakeholders to relay client feedback on technical requirements.
- Market Awareness: Stay informed about market trends, product offerings, and competitive dynamics, integrating this knowledge into service provisions.
