- building and enforcing robust data governance and security frameworks to ensure data quality, integrity, and compliance with all regulations.
- guiding the business analysis function to translate business needs into technical requirements for impactful dashboards, reports, and analytics projects.
- leading and mentoring the data warehouse and business analysis teams, fostering a high-performance, collaborative culture.
- driving the development of effective data visualizations and reporting tools to make insights accessible and actionable for the business.
- owning and managing the budget for all data infrastructure, analytics tools, and team initiatives.
knowledge, skills and experience
- candidates proficient in Mandarin (speak, read & write) to better serve their Mandarin-speaking stakeholders.
- a minimum of 6 years' progressive experience across data warehouse management and business analysis, backed by a portfolio of successful data-driven initiatives.
- deep expertise in modern data warehousing architecture, including ETL/ELT methodologies, data modeling, and complex data integration.
- a strong command of data governance principles, data security protocols, and privacy regulations.
- demonstrated ability to lead and inspire technical teams, fostering a culture of excellence and achieving strategic objectives.
- proficiency in business analysis frameworks, with a knack for translating ambiguous business requirements into clear technical specifications.
