Support existing clients from the oil and gas industry in Malaysia on the DCMS system
Troubleshooting various operational issues, including gathering of application logs
Be responsible for tickets’ escalation and follow up

skills and experience required

At least 3 years of experience in a support environment on the DCMS systems and function
Knowledge of web system based skills such as Postman API and such will be an advantage
Experience supporting in a cloud environment is an advantage
Strong communication skills in English and ability to speak to customers by call and email in a professional manner
