Lead DevSecOps initiatives and oversee cloud infrastructure operations, ensuring system availability and regulatory compliance across APAC markets.
Guide and mentor a growing technical team, balancing hands-on technical leadership with strategic decision-making.
Collaborate cross-functionally with engineering and product teams to enhance platform stability, scalability, and security practices.
Contribute to ongoing platform modernisation and regional integrations, including support for local payment systems.

skills & experience

Strong background in both DevOps and security domains, with hands-on experience in CI/CD (Jenkins, CircleCI), cloud infrastructure (AWS preferred), and monitoring tools (e.g. Datadog).
Previous leadership experience managing high-performing tech teams, ideally in fast-paced environments like fintech or digital payments.
Working knowledge of infrastructure compliance (e.g. PCI-DSS), cloud database systems (PostgreSQL, RDS), and payment integration projects.
Experience with modern cloud ecosystems (AWS, GCP, Azure) and familiarity with building scalable platforms that handle high-volume transactions.
