Our client looking for a skilled Enterprise Architect with more than 6 years of experience in designing and implementing enterprise architecture strategies within largescale tech organizations. This role is pivotal in shaping our technology future and fostering internal architecture expertise by mentoring and coaching aspiring enterprise architects. You will work closely with business and technology teams to establish architectural direction, deliver scalable solutions, and drive strategic outcomes,while also nurturing the growth of future architects within the company.

Key Responsibilities
Define and enhance enterprise architecture across business, application, data, andtechnology domains to support strategic objectives.
Lead architecture planning and governance for major programs and transformationinitiatives.
Create and maintain enterprise-wide reference architectures, standards, and bestpractices to guide solution design.
Partner with senior leadership and cross-functional teams to develop and executearchitecture strategies and roadmaps.
Mentor and coach architects transitioning into enterprise roles, helping them developskills, adopt best practices, and deliver impactful solutions.
Establish guidelines for architecture documentation, communication, and decisionmaking.
Evaluate emerging technologies and industry trends to drive innovation and long-termplanning.
Ensure architectural consistency across domains, prioritizing security, scalability,resilience, and cost efficiency.
Required Qualifications
Minimum 6 years of enterprise architecture experience in complex, large-scale environments—preferably in leading tech firms or high-growth companies.
Demonstrated leadership across multiple architecture domains (business, application, data, infrastructure, integration).
Experience mentoring architects and fostering enterprise-level thinking.
Strong knowledge of architecture frameworks (e.g., TOGAF, Zachman), modeling tools, and governance practices.
Expertise in modern tech stacks, including cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP), microservices, APIs, DevOps, and data solutions.
Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to influence both technical and business leaders.
Strategic, systems-thinking mindset with a focus on practical, results-driven solutions.
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Systems, or a related field.
Familiarity with Agile/Lean methodologies and digital transformation initiatives.
TOGAF certification or cloud architecture credentials (AWS, Azure).
Experience leading architecture communities of practice or capability-buildingprograms.
