lead sustainability initiatives across epcm projects
manage green building certifications including gbi, leed, and greenre
coordinate with external consultants and stakeholders during certification processes
implement low-carbon solutions such as solar panels, ev chargers, bms, and ems
drive innovation to meet client energy and emission targets
support development of design toolkits and sustainability assessment frameworks
analyze data for energy and water efficiency to support green program decisions
stay updated on regulatory changes and sustainability trends
collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure successful project delivery

about the manager/team

bachelor’s degree in mechanical engineering
minimum 10 years' experience in sustainability and green building projects
must be a gbi facilitator and/or leed associate
strong leadership, coordination, and stakeholder management skills
experience with green certifications (gbi, leed, greenre)
proficient in data analysis, reporting tools, and ms office
up-to-date knowledge of sustainability regulations and digital innovation
