• Identify and secure new car park sites to support the company’s expansion goals.
• Conduct feasibility studies and market research to assess site potential and industry trends.
• Develop and maintain a database of site proposals, valuations, and business leads.
• Assist in drafting strategic expansion plans and developing a high-performing business development team.
• Build strong relationships with key stakeholders, including building owners, property managers, and government authorities.
• Prepare and deliver effective business pitches, presentations, and proposals to clients and management.
• Negotiate and finalize contracts for new site acquisitions and management agreements.
• Drive initiatives to enhance the company’s brand visibility and corporate identity.
• Support the implementation of performance-driven KPIs and incentive programs within the team.

• Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Business, Estate Management, or a related field.
• 1–3 years of experience in business development, sales, or marketing, with a proven track record of meeting KPIs or sales targets.
• Experience in the car park industry is an added advantage.
