Oversee equipment installation, troubleshooting, maintenance, and process optimization activities.
Develop and implement technical strategies aligned with company goals and market demands.
Support pre-sales and post-sales activities, including customer visits, presentations, and solution proposals.
Collaborate with R&D, engineering, and sales teams to drive innovation and continuous improvement.
Monitor project progress, resource planning, and ensure timely delivery of technical solutions.
Provide training, coaching, and performance evaluation for technical staff.
Maintain strong relationships with customers and key stakeholders to ensure satisfaction and service excellence.
requirements:
Minimum 5 years of experience in SMT, semiconductor, or a related technical field.
Proven leadership in managing technical teams and projects.
Strong knowledge of production processes, equipment functionality, and system integration.
Mandarin speaker is prefferred (require to deal with China stakeholders).
Excellent communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
Willing to travel as needed (local or overseas).
