Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee financial reporting, budgeting, forecasting and consolidation

• Manage month-end, quarterly & annual close

• Ensure compliance with MFRS/IFRS and regulatory bodies

• Prepare board packs and financial analysis for senior management

• Lead finance team and coordinate internal/external audits

Qualifications & Experience:

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance or related field

• ACCA, CA, CPA or equivalent qualification preferred

• Minimum 5-6 years relevant experience in corporate/property sector

• Experience with ERP/financial software (e.g. SAP/Oracle, SQL etc.)

• Strong analytical, leadership and communication skills
