About the Company:

The finance team plays a critical role in supporting the business, and you’ll be working closely with senior leadership to drive performance, compliance, and operational efficiency.
Responsibilities:
Oversee daily finance operations, including Accounts Payable (AP), Accounts Receivable (AR), month-end closing, financial reporting, and treasury
Prepare and review management accounts, financial statements, and perform variance analysis
Lead and guide a team of junior finance staff, ensuring timely and accurate reporting
Support the annual budget, quarterly forecasts, and financial planning processes
Maintain compliance with internal controls, audit requirements, and local financial regulations
Liaise with external stakeholders such as auditors, tax agents, and bankers
Participate in finance transformation initiatives, system implementations, and global/regional projects
Requirements:
Degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field
Professional qualification (e.g. ACCA, CPA, ICAEW) is highly preferred
Around 8 years of experience in finance, including at least 3 years in a leadership role
Strong operational experience across AP, AR, GL, reporting, and treasury
Exposure to audit and commercial finance is highly preferred
Experience with ERP systems, preferably SAP or equivalent
Excellent interpersonal skills, leadership ability, and a hands-on approach
Able to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines in a dynamic environment
