- Lead the formulation and execution of targeted sales plans to support overall business growth across various customer segments.

- Lead, mentor, and develop a high-performing sales team by setting clear KPIs, providing guidance, and fostering a culture of excellence and accountability.
- Establish, nurture, and manage strong, long-term relationships with key clients, stakeholders, and partners to ensure continued trust and satisfaction.
- Act as the face of the company at industry functions, trade exhibitions, and client engagements to strengthen brand presence and reputation.
- Manage sales forecasting, budgeting, and pipeline activities. Monitor performance metrics and adjust strategies to ensure targets are met.
skills and requirements
- A Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related discipline.
- 10–15 years of progressive experience in sales, including a minimum of 7 years in a senior or strategic leadership capacity.
- Excellent strategic planning, analytical, and decision-making skills.
- Skilled in the use of CRM platforms, data analysis tools, and performance monitoring systems.
- A strong track record of managing sales functions within diverse or multi-industry organisations.
