- Secure collaborations from external organizers and tenants to enhance campaigns.
- Collaborate with tenants, contractors, and event companies for the successful execution of projects.
- Coordinate above-the-line and below-the-line communication for mall events and promotions.
- Create engaging content for social media, monitor platforms, and generate monthly analysis reports.
skills and experience required
- Diploma/Bachelor's Degree in Event Management, Mass Communications, Advertising, Marketing or equivalent
- At least 10 years of experience in event management/marketing in a shopping mall/hotel/commercial property
- Strong communication skills and leadership qualities
- Ambitious and aggressive characters
