• Manage daily operations of the company’s assets, including strata buildings, offices, commercial, and residential properties.
• Standardize building maintenance programs and oversee contracts with external service providers.
• Develop and implement Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs).
• Oversee leasing, marketing, and tenant management to achieve occupancy and profitability targets.
• Handle dispute and conflict resolution among stakeholders.
• Coordinate with authorities to obtain and renew licenses and insurances.
• Ensure assets operate in compliance with relevant laws, regulations, and policies.
• Lead ESG initiatives aligned with Asset Enhancement Initiatives (AEI).
• Liaise with external consultants, agencies, legal counsel, and valuers as required.
• Prepare reports and budgets for management review.

skills and experience required

• Diploma or Degree in Real Estate Management, Facilities Management, or a related field.
• Minimum 10 years of managerial experience in asset management or operations roles managing diverse properties such as residential, commercial, and retail.
• Experience in writing and implementing SOPs.
• Good understanding of local regulations, including the Strata Management Act and related laws.
• Knowledge of property operations or facilities management.
• Excellent communication, relationship-building, and negotiation skills.
