On behalf of our client, we are seeking a sharp, execution-focused, and tech-savvy Human Resources & Administration Manager to serve as the operational engine of their corporate team. This is a completely hands-on role designed for a "System Cop" who thrives on setting up structures, driving accountability, and maintaining strict organizational efficiency.
Key Responsibilities Include:
- Performance & Attrition Management: Setting clear KPI frameworks, managing performance review cycles, implementing Performance Improvement Plans (PIPs), and proactively driving retention strategies to manage attrition.
- Workplace Governance: Spearheading time-attendance tracking, handling employee management issues, issuing warning/show-cause letters, and executing fair disciplinary and Domestic Inquiry (DI) processes in full compliance with Malaysian Labor Law.
- Policy & Process Optimization: Taking the lead on reviewing, updating, and drafting the client’s comprehensive employee handbook and standard operating procedures (SOPs).
- Digital & AI Enablement: Leveraging digital tools, Excel analytics, and automated HRIS workflows to eliminate manual administrative gaps and streamline reporting.
- Office Operations Oversight: Managing administrative functions, office logistics, inventory, and vendor coordination to ensure seamless day-to-day corporate function.
about the manager/team
The successful candidate will report directly to a highly supportive and strategic Human Resources Director, with a functional reporting line to the Managing Director / Division Head. You will lead a lean, close-knit administration team comprising receptionists and dispatch personnel, making you the standalone human resources expert and go-to execution champion for a corporate office of approximately 120 people.
