about the jobThe Outsource Payroll & Admin Executive will be responsible for managing payroll processing and providing administrative support for external clients. The ideal candidate will be detail-oriented, able to thrive in a fast-paced environment, and possess a strong understanding of payroll and administrative procedures.
Responsibilities:
- Process client payroll accurately and on time.
- Maintain accurate payroll records and documentation.
- Handle employee payroll queries and resolve any discrepancies.
- Provide general administrative support to clients, including data entry and document preparation.
- Ensure compliance with relevant payroll and labor regulations.
- Assist in the preparation of reports and summaries related to payroll and administration.
Requirements:
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
- Prior experience in payroll and administration is preferred.
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
