about the job

• Drive the department's profitable growth by developing and implementing robust sales and business development strategies for IT solutions (including network infrastructure, cybersecurity, cloud, and managed services) aligned with company targets in Malaysia.
• Proactively identify, cultivate, and close new business opportunities for IT solutions across various industries, focusing on expanding our market share within Malaysia.
• Design and execute comprehensive account coverage strategies, building and maintaining strong C-level relationships with key clients and major enterprise accounts requiring sophisticated IT solutions.
• Lead the end-to-end sales process for complex IT solutions, including initial client consultations, articulating the value of our technical products and services, managing contract negotiations, and fostering long-term partnerships.
• Develop, implement, and monitor business expansion plans for our IT service offerings, collaborating closely with the sales team to ensure a robust sales pipeline and consistent achievement of targets.
• Work synergistically with internal teams (including Solution Architects, Pre-Sales Engineers, Marketing, Technical Services & Support) and external technology vendors and partners to deliver integrated IT solutions and exceptional customer value.
