Design and build scalable backend systems using Java and modern frameworks
Collaborate with product, QA, and DevOps teams to deliver reliable features
Participate in architecture discussions and shape technical decisions
Work with microservices, CI/CD pipelines, and cloud-based environments
Drive code quality through reviews, testing, and best practices
Mentor junior team members and contribute to technical growth
requirements
5+ years of hands-on experience in Java development
Solid understanding of Spring Boot or similar Java frameworks
Familiar with REST APIs, SQL/NoSQL databases, and message queues
Experience working with version control (e.g., Git) and familiarity with CI/CD tools or container platforms (Docker/Kubernetes)
Strong communication and collaboration skills
Bonus: Experience in cloud (AWS/GCP/Azure) or event-driven architecture
