Our client is a reputable local contractor known for delivering building projects in Malaysia. Due to ongoing developments and project expansions, they are seeking to hire a Junior Quantity Surveyor / Contract Executive to join their team based at their Selangor HQ.
about the Role
- Assist in preparation of tender, BOQ, and cost estimates.
- Handle measurement and valuation of works.
- Liaise with site and project teams to monitor progress claims and variation orders.
- Support in contract administration and documentation.
About the Team
You will report to the Contract Manager and work together with a team of Senior Contract Executives.
Skills & Experience Required:
- Diploma or Degree in Quantity Surveying or equivalent.
- Minimum 1-2 years of working experience in construction or consultancy (fresh grads are welcome).
- Strong attention to detail, and a team player.
