about the job
... - Source and secure new tenants that align with the mall’s positioning and target customer base.
- Manage lease renewals, renegotiations, and all tenancy-related documentation.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with both existing and prospective tenants.
- Conduct market research on retail trends and perform competitor benchmarking.
- Coordinate with legal, finance, and operations teams to ensure smooth lease execution and tenant handovers.
- Prepare leasing reports and maintain accurate and up-to-date tenant records.
- Support tenant fit-out coordination and ensure compliance with mall SOPs and guidelines.
- Assist in the preparation of leasing budgets, revenue forecasts, and expense tracking.
skills and experience required
- Diploma/Degree in Business, Real Estate or related field
- Minimum 5 years’ experience in mall/retail leasing or commercial property
- Strong negotiation, communication, and analytical skills
