the role
Plan, coordinate, and lead engineering projects by developing detailed execution plans and ensuring seamless integration of technical activities across departments.
Lead and supervise a team of engineers in the development, testing, modification, and implementation of technical solutions. Oversee key engineering functions including Test, Manufacturing, Automation, and Industrial Engineering.
Establish and enforce engineering policies, procedures, and standards to ensure consistent and high-quality technical work.
Collaborate closely with cross-functional departments such as Management, Production, and IT to align on project requirements and execution strategies.
Set priorities, define timelines, and develop both short-term and long-term plans to ensure successful project completion.
Forecast and manage manpower requirements based on ongoing and upcoming project demands and overall business outlook.
Oversee product cost management and support the development of cost models for new products.
Drive business growth by recommending and implementing enhancements to products or production lines, enabling entry into new markets or expansion within existing ones.
Actively contribute to maintaining and improving the company’s quality management system, including compliance with ISO 9000 standards and any additional customer-specific quality requirements
the experience
Candidates should hold at least a Bachelor's Degree in relevant field.
Prior experience and specialization in Printed Circuit Board Assembly (PCBA) is highly preferred.
