about the job

• Lead and manage all marine operations, including vessel movements, offloading, mooring, and dynamic positioning (DP) systems.
• Ensure the safe and efficient execution of all marine activities in compliance with company policies, international maritime regulations, and local requirements.
• Oversee the performance and maintenance of marine equipment and systems on the FPSO.
• Develop, implement, and monitor operational procedures and guidelines to optimize marine efficiency and minimize risks.
• Provide expert technical guidance and support to marine crews and operations personnel.
• Conduct regular inspections, audits, and drills to ensure operational readiness and emergency preparedness.
• Liaise with relevant stakeholders, including regulatory bodies, port authorities, contractors, and internal teams.
• Manage marine logistics, including supply vessel coordination and personnel transfers.
• Identify potential risks and implement effective mitigation strategies.
• Prepare and present reports on marine operational performance, incidents, and improvement initiatives.
