about the job
- Understand, plan, and optimize Brand Positioning to their associated brands across all marketing channels
- Build and manage public relation strategies to continuously build the company's portfolio
- Manage budgets to develop and implement Digital Marketing strategies to effectively reach and engage target audiences through social media, search engines, email marketing, display advertising, etc.
- Plan, coordinate, and delegate tasks for team members to ensure quality and timely outcomes for internal and external stakeholders.
- Lead, coach and manage subordinates to help them succeed in their role.
- Monitor and track key performance indicators (KPIs) to evaluate marketing effectiveness (external) and team performance (internal).
about you
- Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Business, or any related field.
- At least 3 years of working experience in a Digital Agency.
- Experience managing a subordinates and collaborating with other teams.
- In-depth knowledge of marketing channels, with hands-on experience in SEO, SEM, social media, email marketing, and display advertising.
- Strong proficiency in English, with excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to be fully back to office (KL), and occasionally travel to attend industry events or meet clients.
- Open communications with a growth mindset.
