Lead and manage the sales team to ensure the achievement of monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets.
Plan and implement marketing strategies, programs, and activities ahead of official project launches.
Develop and execute marketing strategies and budgets across both online and offline platforms.
Possess in-depth knowledge in dealing with the Ministry of Housing, including applications for Developer Licenses, Advertising Permits, and 7F submissions.
Monitor booking conversion rates and quota utilisation (e.g., Bumiputera quota, promotional rebates) to ensure timely and effective execution of sales strategies.
Carry out market research and compile databases related to the property sector, including demographic, economic, and industry trends.

skills and requirements

Possess a Diploma or Degree in any field.
Preferably with a minimum of 5 years of relevant experience in the property development industry.
Results-driven, sales-focused, and self-motivated, with a strong emphasis on revenue generation.
Demonstrated success and a proven track record in previous roles.
In-depth knowledge of marketing strategies and international sales channels.
Strong interpersonal skills with a positive attitude, effective leadership, and the ability to work well in a team.
Excellent in planning, time management, and organisational capabilities.
Outstanding communication and coordination skills, with the ability to work efficiently and collaboratively.
