- Conduct market research and analyse current trends to deliver actionable insights on pricing and consumer behaviour to the management team.
- Formulate and execute targeted marketing plans within the approved budget to reach desired market segments.
- Lead, mentor, and develop the marketing team to ensure the successful execution of all marketing initiatives.
- Oversee public relations and promotional efforts for key initiatives, including project launches, exhibitions, and internal events.
- Lead the planning and execution of promotional campaigns and marketing communications aligned with business objectives
- Assess market conditions, consumer preferences, and competitor activities to recommend effective product marketing strategies.
skills and requirements
- Must hold at least a Bachelor’s Degree or Diploma in Business Administration, Marketing, Management, or a related field.
- Requires a minimum of 8 years of relevant experience, including 3 to 5 years specifically in Sales & Marketing roles within industrial development projects.
- Demonstrates strong analytical thinking, with outstanding organisational and leadership abilities to drive performance and strategic outcomes.
