about the job
- Review detailed cost estimates and bills of quantities for mechanical and electrical (M&E) systems based on project specifications and drawings.
- Manage pre- and post-contract activities, including tendering, contract administration, and final account settlements.
- Monitor project budgets and expenditures, providing regular financial reports to stakeholders.
- Collaborate with project managers, engineers, and other team members to ensure project objectives are met within budget and on schedule.

The successful candidate will be reporting to the Contract Manager and working a team of Quantity Surveyors
skills and experience required
- Bachelor's Degree in Quantity Surveying, Mechanical or Electrical Engineering, or a related field.
- Minimum of 2 years' experience in M&E quantity surveying, preferably within the industrial construction sector.
- Strong knowledge of local construction regulations and standards.
- Proficiency in cost estimation.
